Bought these for my 2012 Honda Shadow Phantom. All phantoms up to this point are pretty much the same, so yes they will fit any other phantom. They were easy enough to install. Took me about an hour and a half by myself. Would be easier with two people but not a requirement. It is a drastic change going from chrome pipes to black, and I have to say it fits the bike much better. These are actually chrome pipes with black heat shields over the top. So don't expect to be getting two solid black pipes. There is some skill involved in installing them and getting the heat shields on correctly, but it's really not that complicated. Just follow the instructions and be sure to have the clamps pointed the right direction ( you'll know what i mean, and you'll thank me later).
All of that being said I will now ask you to go outside and start your bike. Rev it up as much as you want. If you have stock pipes the sound you are hearing is a mere whisper compared to what you will hea r when you crank it up with these babies on. They are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay louder than I expected, and I didn't take out the baffles. I couldn't imagine what they would sound like with no baffles. There is a quiet baffle available for these if you don't like setting of car alarms. And yes you will set off car alarms.

To wrap it up. These pipes are bad to the bone. If you want your bike to look super cool and sound like it should, then you need to get them.
